an opportunity like this for local artists like you to be able to have a booth to showcase

and sell your wonderful artwork, right in the heart of Hollywood!

Hollywood Artists Market Guidelines

 

Load-In time begins 8am. 

Exhibitor vehicle parking is available in a public parking lot

adjacent to the artists market area at a discounted parking rate. 

Metered street parking is also available. 

Booth set-up MUST be completed by 9:30am. 

The Hollywood Artists Market opens to the public at 10am.

 Exhibitors are welcome to provide us with a business card or product sample

to be placed inside "goodie bags" that will be handed to tourists/visitors

upon entry to the Hollywood Artists Market area!

 

Due to customers/visitors still enjoying the Hollywood Artists Market area,

Exhibitors may not break down their booth prior to 3pm,

and must be completed by 4:30pm. 

Kindly be sure to clean up any trash around your booth space before leaving. 

- There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the Artists Market area.

- Due to regulations, NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED in the Artists Market area. 

- Exhibitors may not sell any food, beverage or CBD products of any kind

at the Hollywood Artists Market.

 

 

- All full menu of food & drinks are available for purchase in theatre lobby.

 

*Note: All Exhibitors will receive a wristband upon check-in,

good for complimentary water throughout the day,

as well as to purchase food and refreshments at an "Exhibitors Discount" price,

WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY


For and in consideration of allowing,("Participant") to take part in the Hollywood Artist Market ("Event") on the date and time specified on the registration form (including reasonable setup and breakdown time), the Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Hang On to the Dream Foundation,  Las Palmas PropCo, Classic Parking Inc., and any and all entities involved in the production of the Hollywood Artists Market, including their officers, directors, board and committee members, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives, from any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, or liability of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, arising out of or related to the Participant's involvement in the Event.


Participant further agrees not to bring any claims or legal actions against the above-named entities or their representatives for any loss or damage to property, or for any injuries or damages sustained while participating in the Event. Participant acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their own equipment, personal property, and any property used or owned by third parties that the Participant brings or rents for the Event.


By electronically signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement applies equally to, and they are fully responsible for, all individuals associated with their booth or exhibit space at the Event, including but not limited to employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and guests. Exhibitor agrees to remove any item from display and/or sale from their booth that Hollywood Artists Market management deems to be inappropriate or offensive to the public, and/or not in keeping with the brand of the Hollywood Artists Market. Further, there are no refunds on booth spaces once the booth space payment has been made.


Participants agree to keep their assigned space free of trash, equipment, or damage, and to comply with all city requirements regarding cleanup and removal. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or penalties as determined by the Event organizers or the City of Los Angeles.


If the Participant is other than a sole proprietor, the undersigned certifies that they are authorized to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Participant.


In the event that any provision of this agreement is held to be void, the balance of the agreement shall survive and shall be construed as if the voided provision contained herein was omitted from the inception.
