Below is important information you need to know for a smooth and successful event day:
LOCATION
The Hollywood Artists Market is held at the Hang On to the Dream Theatre, located at 1625 N. Las Palmas Ave in Hollywood, between Hollywood Blvd. and Selma St. (just adjacent to the Egyptian Theatre).
MARKETING MATERIALS
- Be sure to follow us on Instagram:

Also, please do the following to help promote the event:
- Tag us in your Stories and Reels.
- Invite us as a collaborator on feed posts.
- On the day of the event, please post a story or reel showing your booth/table setup and tag us or invite us as collaborator.
- Exhibitors are welcome to provide us with a business card or product sample to be placed inside "goodie bags" that will be handed to tourists/visitors upon entry to the Hollywood Artists Market area!
EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN
- Check-in starts at 8:00 AM. You will be assigned a booth space upon arrival. After unloading, Exhibitors may park in the lot across the street from the theatre at a discounted flat rate, or you may park in the metered spaces on the street.
EVENT HOURS & LOAD-OUT
Hollywood Artists Market hours are from 10 AM – 3 PM
Due to customers/visitors still enjoying the Hollywood Artists Market area, Exhibitors may not break down their booth prior to 3pm, and must be fully vacated by 4:30 PM. Kindly be sure to clean up any trash around your booth space.
RULES & REMINDERS
- Due to regulations, NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED in the Hollywood Artists Market area (service animals and emotional support animals, with documentation, are permitted).
- NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted in the Hollywood Artists Market area.
AMENITIES & CONTACTS
- Security will be on site.
- Bathrooms are located inside the theatre lobby.
- All full menu of food & drinks are available for purchase in theatre lobby.
*Note: All Exhibitors will get a wristband to purchase refreshments at a discount, courtesy of Christopher Ewing and the Hang On to the Dream Foundation!
